Single-Stream: Tequila, 12x9 in., oil on masonite, 2022

 

On the first camping trip with Stacy decades back, I became a tree-hugger. Not of the environmentalist camp, no. The tree was a substitute after throwing back too many campfire shots the night before. Stacy’s nickname for tequila was "takillya;" I should have known better. Now I enjoy tequila in moderation.
