Single-Stream Single: Grated Cheese

“No cellulose powder,” so reads the label (sloughed off in the dishwasher). Some refer to this as “grating” cheese even though it is already grated. Not used in our home growing up because we didn’t put cheese on spaghetti (which was made with meat sauce or meatballs). The only other pasta we ate was macaroni and cheese, and that was probably made with American cheese.
